Vylor (NYSE: VYLR) announced that its Board of Directors authorized a new $3 billion share repurchase program, effective immediately, with no expiration date.
The multi-year program, disclosed in a press release, is consistent with the capital allocation strategy the company outlined at its Investor Day on Sept. 15, 2026. Under the program, shares of Vylor common stock may be repurchased periodically through open-market or private transactions.
The timing, number, and value of shares repurchased will be determined by management based on factors including the market price of Vylor stock, general market and economic conditions, applicable legal requirements, and other business considerations such as organic growth, dividends, and acquisitions.
"This action underscores our Board's confidence in Vylor's future and the strength of our balance sheet and cash flow," said CEO Chuck Magro. "Vylor's new share repurchase program, together with the Company's quarterly dividend, is part of a comprehensive capital allocation program founded on long-term value creation, which will benefit all of our stakeholders."
Vylor, based in Johnston, Iowa, is scheduled to release its third-quarter 2026 earnings on Nov. 11, 2026, after market close, with a live webcast presentation on Nov. 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
