Real Messenger approves $2M share repurchase program over two years
Real Messenger Corporation (Nasdaq: RMSG), a real estate technology company based in Costa Mesa, CA, announced that its board of directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $2.0 million on August 20, 2026.
The two-year program allows the company to buy back its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, or other methods compliant with U.S. securities laws, including Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
"We believe that our shares are trading at levels that undervalue the strength of our business model and long-term growth potential," said Thomas Ma, Chief Executive Officer of Real Messenger. "Our decision to initiate this share repurchase program is a proactive step to protect shareholder value while demonstrating our confidence in the Company's long-term outlook and our commitment to driving value for our shareholders."
The company said it expects to fund repurchases using cash on hand and cash generated from operations. The program does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific number of shares and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
Repurchases will also be conducted in accordance with the Companies Act of the Cayman Islands and the company's Articles of Association. The actual timing, number, and value of shares repurchased will depend on market conditions, the company's financial results and liquidity, and other factors.
