MVB Financial authorizes $10 million stock repurchase program

MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) announced its board of directors authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $10 million of the company's common stock.



The company plans to begin repurchasing shares in November 2025. The program will expire when $10 million is spent or when the program is terminated. MVB may purchase shares through open-market transactions, block transactions, privately negotiated transactions or other methods in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.



The timing and number of shares repurchased will depend on factors including stock price, trading volume, market conditions and corporate requirements, according to the company's statement.



"Following the successful completion of our $10 million stock repurchase program announced in May 2025, MVB's robust capital position enables us to launch this second repurchase program," said Larry F. Mazza, president and CEO of MVB Bank and MVB Financial.
