M/I Homes board approves $250 million share repurchase program

M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE: MHO) announced that its board of directors has approved a new $250 million share repurchase authorization, replacing the company's prior authorization.
According to the Columbus, Ohio-based homebuilder, shares may be repurchased through open-market transactions, privately negotiated transactions, or other lawful means. The company's management will determine the timing and amount of any purchases based on factors including the market price of its common shares, business considerations, and general market and economic conditions.
The authorization carries no expiration date and may be modified, discontinued, or suspended at any time.
