Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a new $150 million stock repurchase program, replacing a previous $150 million program that had approximately $83.9 million remaining.

The new program allows repurchases over 18 months through open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions, including under a Rule 10b5-1 plan. The timing and amount of any repurchases will depend on market conditions and other factors.
