Baozun launches $10 million share repurchase program
Baozun Inc. (Nasdaq: BZUN, HKEX: 9991) announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $10 million, according to a press release issued by the company.
The program, which runs for 12 months starting September 24, 2026, allows Baozun to repurchase its American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing three Class A ordinary shares, and/or Class A ordinary shares on the open market at prevailing prices or through other legally permissible means.
The repurchases are subject to the general repurchase mandate granted by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on June 16, 2026, and any subsequently approved mandates. The program does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific amount and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Baozun said it plans to fund the repurchases from its existing cash balance, excluding proceeds from its global offering, and other legally available funds.
Founded in 2007, Baozun operates three business lines: Baozun e-Commerce, Baozun Brand Management, and Baozun International.
