Ascendis Pharma board approves $400M share repurchase program

Ascendis Pharma A/S (Nasdaq: ASND) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $400 million of the company's ordinary shares, according to a press release dated Sept. 14, 2026.
Purchases under the program may be executed through a variety of methods, including open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, block trades, accelerated share repurchase transactions, and purchases through 10b5-1 trading plans, or a combination of these methods.
The timing and amount of any repurchases will be determined based on market conditions, share price, and other factors. The program does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific number of shares and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.
Ascendis Pharma is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with additional facilities in Europe and the United States.
