Abacus Global Management approves $100M share buyback program

Abacus Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: ABX) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $100 million share repurchase program, set to commence August 17, 2026.
The company said it plans to fund the program through free cash flow generation, proceeds from balance sheet transactions, and cash on hand. The authorization follows approximately $80 million in common stock repurchased under prior programs since December 2023.
Chief Executive Officer Jay Jackson said, "This repurchase authorization reflects our confidence in that vision, the strength of our business model and our ability to continue generating attractive returns on capital. We remain committed to balancing investment in our growth initiatives with prudent returns of capital to shareholders."
According to a press release, the company's capital allocation strategy is intended to balance investment in origination growth, technology, and acquisitions with capital returns to shareholders.
