AVAX One Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ: AVX) reported an update on its $40 million share repurchase program, disclosing that it bought back 85,724 common shares since June 30, 2026, at an average price of $4.28 per share, including fees and commissions.
The purchases bring the company's total repurchases to 488,261 common shares since November 2025, a figure adjusted to reflect a one-for-twelve reverse stock split effected on June 15, 2026. Approximately $35.5 million remains available under the program as of September 1, 2026.
Pete Wylie, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, said the company "will continue to be opportunistic in the market when our shares trade below what we believe to be their intrinsic value, with the goal of enhancing NAV-per-share for our shareholders."
Repurchases under the program may be conducted through open market purchases or other means permitted under applicable securities laws. The timing and amount of future repurchases will depend on market conditions, capital allocation priorities, and regulatory requirements. The company is not obligated to repurchase any specific number of shares, and the program may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
