Resignation of Chief Investment Officer
On July 8, 2026, Stephen Mackintosh notified Sui Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) of his resignation from his position as Chief Investment Officer of the Company,
effective July 8, 2026. Mr. Mackintosh’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s financial reporting, operations, policies, or practices
