Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 28, 2026, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable February 23, 2026 to stockholders of record February 9, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
