On September 25, 2026, Heidi L. O'Neill notified the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Lithia Motors, Inc. (the "Company") of her resignation as a member of the Board, effective September 25, 2026.
Ms. O'Neill's resignation is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
The Company thanks Ms. O'Neill for her service and contributions to the Company during her tenure as a member of the Board.
