Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 4, 2026, Richard J. Lampen notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Douglas Elliman Inc. (the “Company”) of his retirement as a Class I director to the Board, effective as of the close of business on September 4, 2026.
Mr. Lampen’s retirement was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
