(b) On September 15, 2026, Kirk Konert informed the Board of Directors of BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign from the Company’s Board of Directors effective September 15, 2026. Mr. Konert did not resign due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Konert for his services to the Company and its stockholders.
