On August 10, 2026, Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced it had entered into a cooperation agreement with PT Parva Candela, an Indonesian cosmetics manufacturer and distributor, in respect of the joint development of Indonesia’s cosmetics and personal care market. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
