On September 14, 2026, Anavex Life Sciences Corp. (“Anavex” or the “Company”) issued a Press Release announcing that proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. has recommended that Anavex stockholders vote “FOR” all six of the Company’s director nominees at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for September 24, 2026. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto.
