Windstream Declares $.1104 Prorated Quarterly Dividend

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., May 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Windstream Holdings, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: WIN) board of directors today declared a prorated $.15 per share quarterly dividend to Windstream shareholders.

Shareholders of record on June 30, 2015, will receive a cash dividend of $.1104 per share, which represents a prorated dividend for the period April 25, 2015 through June 30, 2015. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2015.

As a reminder, following the spin-off of CS&L on April 24, 2015 and after giving effect to the one-for-six reverse stock split, Windstream expects to pay an annual dividend of $.60 per share, paid quarterly.

Windstream also paid a cash distribution on April 24, which represented a prorated dividend for the period April 1, 2015 through April 24, 2015.
