Welltower Declares Third Quarter 2015 Dividend

TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Welltower Inc. (NYSE: HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 of $0.825 per share. The dividend will be the company's 178th consecutive quarterly payment, payable November 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2015.
