WATERBURY, Conn., Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A., announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.26 per share on its common stock.
The dividend on the common shares will be payable November 21, 2017 to shareholders of record on November 7, 2017.
On its Series E Preferred Stock, Webster declared a quarterly cash dividend of $400.00 per share ($.40 per each depository share, 1,000 of which represent one share of Series E Preferred Stock), payable December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2017.
