TreadStone Technologies Names Eric Shepardson Chief Executive Officer

Gerald DeCuollo, the company's Co-Founder and outgoing CEO, becomes Executive Chairman as TreadStone builds on a year of increasing commercial revenue, federal contract wins, expansion funding and board growth

MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TreadStone Technologies Inc., a Tier 1-ready supplier of patented precision coatings for fuel cells, electrolyzers and flow batteries, announced that its Board of Directors has elected Eric Shepardson Chief Executive Officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Gerald DeCuollo, who has led the company as Chairman and CEO, will transition to Executive Chairman.

Shepardson joined TreadStone in June 2026 as President and Chief Operating Officer, working closely with DeCuollo on strategy, operations and customer relationships during a period of rapid growth for the company. The board's decision reflects that partnership and a deliberate, planned transition rather than an abrupt change.
