MINEOLA, Texas, July 27, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Mineola Community Bank, S.S.B., announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on or about September 25, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2023.
