Teleperformance: Amendment to the Liquidity Contract

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News:

Teleperformance (Paris: RCF) decided to amend the liquidity contract signed on January 5, 2007 between Teleperformance and Oddo Corporate Finance. It made an additional cash contribution of €3,000,000, bringing the initial amount of the liquidity contract to €5,000,000 and 1,500 shares.
