BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) (“T-Mobile”) announced today that the quarterly dividend on its 5.50% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock (“Preferred Stock”) will be paid on September 15, 2016, to holders of record as of September 1, 2016. The dividend will be paid at a rate of $0.6875 per share of Preferred Stock.
