Symbility Solutions Grants Options to Directors and Officers

TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/15 -- Symbility Solutions Inc. (the "Corporation"), (TSX VENTURE: SY), a global software company dedicated to developing cloud-based applications for the insurance industry, announced today that 1,429,560 options were granted to Directors and Officers in accordance with the Corporation's stock option plan. Each option entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Corporation at a price $0.35 for a period of ten years from April 2, 2015. The options will vest at a rate of one third per annum on the anniversary date of the grant.
