SurgiField System Successfully Deployed in Myanmar Conflict Zone, Enabling Life-Saving Surgery
The portable SurgiField System, composed of a sterile surgical enclosure inflated with HEPA-filtered air, enabled the surgical team to establish a clean, safe surgical field in a hidden building under constant threat of discovery. Using only a mobile phone for lighting, the surgeon successfully performed a wound debridement procedure, removing debris and damaged tissue that could have led to life-threatening infection.
