Stephens Inc. Adds Senior Banker to Financial Institutions Group
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stephens Inc., an independent financial services firm, has hired Jay Bliley as managing director for its Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in Investment Banking. Mr. Bliley will focus on asset managers and insurance brokers working closely with Stephens’ domestic and international FIG teams. He will be based in Atlanta, GA.
Mr. Bliley brings to Stephens more than 18 years of experience advising and executing transactions within the financial sector. He joins the firm from Bank of America where he forged lasting industry relationships and helped clients attain their strategic M&A and corporate development goals.

Mr. Bliley began his career with Merrill Lynch & Co. in 1999 as an investment banking associate working from New York, London and Frankfurt. He is a graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
