Sierra Space Appoints Warren Jenson to Board of Directors

Veteran technology and finance executive of Nielson, Amazon, Delta Airlines, NBC to chair the board's audit committee

LOUISVILLE, Colo., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sierra Space, a defense-tech space company delivering solutions for the nation's most critical missions and advancing the future of security in space, today announced the appointment of Warren Jenson to its board of directors. Jenson will serve as chair of the board's audit committee, bringing more than three decades of financial, operational and technology leadership experience at some of the world's leading companies.

Jenson has held senior executive roles across the technology, media, aviation and entertainment industries. He currently serves as chief financial officer of Polymarket. Most recently, he served as president and chief financial officer of Nielsen. Previously, he was president, CFO and executive managing director of international at LiveRamp. Earlier in his career, Jenson served as CFO of Electronic Arts, Amazon, Delta Air Lines and NBC. Jenson currently serves on the boards of DigitalOcean, Ripple, Dropbox, bringing extensive corporate governance experience across technology and global businesses. He also chairs the audit committees of DigitalOcean and Dropbox.
