Share buyback program completed

DEME Group NV announces that its share buyback program, which commenced on April 2, 2026, was completed on June 16, 2026. The program involved the buyback of 31,500 shares for a total amount of 5,912,929.89 million euros. The average purchase price was 187.71 euros per share.
