TORONTO, Oct. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Russel Metals Inc. (RUS - TSX) announced today that it has declared a dividend in the amount of Cdn$0.38 per share on its common shares, payable on December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 25, 2015.
