Roberto Vedovotto Appointed as New Member of Kering Executive Committee
PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News:
Kering (Paris: KER) announced today the appointment of Roberto Vedovotto as new member of its executive committee, effective immediately.
As CEO of Kering Eyewear, Roberto Vedovotto leads Kering’s strategic initiative aimed at building an in-house eyewear platform for its Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle brands.
His appointment to Kering’s executive committee illustrates the importance of Kering Eyewear as a major growth driver for the Group.

Roberto VedovottoAn Italian national, Roberto Vedovotto, 49, joined the Kering Group in 2013 after many years as CEO of Safilo Group. Prior to this, Roberto has held senior management positions in the banking sector where he worked for 15 years, first at Morgan Stanley, then Lehman Brothers / Nomura. He holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University and a master’s degree in finance from London Business School.
