Reven Housing REIT, Inc. Initiates Quarterly Distribution
LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Reven Housing REIT, Inc. (the “Company”, “Reven”) (NASDAQ: RVEN), an owner and operator of single-family residential properties, today announced that its Board of Directors has decided to initiate a quarterly distribution on the Company’s common stock of $0.01 per share. The initial distribution is payable November 15, 2018 to stockholders of record on October 25, 2018. The distribution represents an annual distribution rate of approximately 1% based on the closing sale price of the Company’s common stock on October 9, 2018.
