Newly patented technology validates RevHD's commitment to engineering wheel end solutions that improve reliability and simplify maintenance

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- RevHD, a leading provider of premium wheel end components, has been awarded two U.S. patents covering its Flex Seal™ wheel seal technology, which was engineered to reduce installation-related failures by accommodating normal wheel-end movement and minimizing cocked seals.

The patents protect the core technology behind RevHD's Rev Max and Rev 1 wheel seals. The seals' patented Flex Seal™ design addresses cocked seals, a common cause of premature wheel seal failure, while making installation easier, more consistent and more reliable. Designed to flex with normal wheel-end movement, the seals act like a shock absorber, helping maintain sealing performance both during installation and on the road.
