Resignation of Martin Bernholtz from Board of Directors

Mr. Bernholtz had previously served as Chair and otherwise as a director and member of different committees since the Company went public in 2006. The company is thankful for Mr. Bernholtz’s contribution to its development and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
