Relevant Solutions Announces Acquisition of Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems

Strategic acquisition continues vertical integration of thermal-process engineering, testing, and calibration services across North America.

HOUSTON, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Relevant Solutions, LLC (Relevant), a national provider of industrial equipment, engineering, and technical services, announced today that it has acquired Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems, based in Solon, Ohio. The transaction closed on September 4, 2026.

The acquisition represents Relevant Solutions' second add-on since partnering with Fusion Capital Partners in 2025, following the acquisition of Automation Werx earlier this year, and reflecting Relevant's growing acquisition momentum. The addition of Conrad Kacsik strengthens Relevant's Combustion Solutions offering by adding specialized thermal processing control system engineering, testing, and calibration capabilities. It also significantly expands Relevant's instrumentation calibration and metrology capabilities, complementing the specialized services provided by J&W Instruments and Loy Instrument.

Founded in 1977, Conrad Kacsik has decades of experience supporting customers in demanding, highly regulated industries — including aerospace and defense, automotive, medical, and forging — where thermal-processing accuracy and standards such as AMS2750, Nadcap, CQI-9, and CFR-21 are mission-critical. The company operates an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration laboratory (through A2LA), providing traceable calibration and documentation for the most demanding quality and compliance requirements.
