Radius Expands Executive Team with New Chief Client Success Officer

Client services veteran Jeffrey Lynch will drive deeper engagement with rapidly growing client base

BRISTOL, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jeffrey Lynch, a client services veteran, has joined global growth expert Radius as chief client success officer, a newly created executive position. Lynch, who has 30 years of experience in client services, operations and sales, will oversee client engagement.

Prior to joining Radius, Lynch spent three years leading global client services and operations teams for Ceridian, a human capital management technology company. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years at Fidelity Investments and Fidelity Investments International, where he served in multiple executive roles across operations, sales and finance.

Before Fidelity, Lynch founded financial services firm CLT and Associates, where he spent four years as managing partner, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and graduated with high distinction as a Fuqua Scholar from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

In his new role, Lynch will oversee Radius’ global network of client service leaders, who act as the primary points of contact for Radius clients and support the full range of Radius services and software.
