ATLANTA, Sept. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share payable October 4, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2016.
