Publicis Groupe: Early Redemption of ORANE

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News:

On July 15, 2015, Publicis Groupe (Paris: PUB) [Euronext Paris : FR0000130577, CAC 40] completed an early redemption of the ORANE on the basis of 8.12 shares per ORANE and by distributing 12,684,356 existing shares to ORANE holders. The Company also paid out 11 million euros in cash on the redemption date the coupon accrued up to July 15, 2015, calculated prorata temporis from September 1, 2014 until the redemption date.
