Pontoon Announces Movement within Executive Team

Progress Reflects An Ongoing Focus on Customer Relationships, Client Strategy and Greater Alignment of MSP and RPO Business Functions

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pontoon, the global leader in workforce solutions, announced today two key appointments within the company’s leadership team. Lydia Wilson has been named EVP of Program Management and Buffy White has been appointed EVP of Solution Design and Account Services. Each will remain a member of the organization’s leadership team and report to the President of Pontoon, Mike Wachholz. Their new responsibilities with Pontoon will commence on August 10, 2015.

Prior to her recent appointment Lydia Wilson served as the Head of RPO Business Development for Pontoon. Ms. Wilson began her career with Adecco in 1985 where she held a variety of operations and sales management positions within the company. She joined Pontoon in 2010 and resides in the San Francisco area with her family.

Buffy White has over 20 years of experience in the workforce industry including roles in program management and solution design. Prior to being named EVP of Solution Design and Account Services she held the position of SVP, Program Management. Ms. White has been with Pontoon since 2006 and resides in the Atlanta area with her family.
