Experienced Financial Executive to Drive Continued Growth and Enterprise Performance

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mike will lead PODS' finance organization and oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital management, and business performance initiatives. He will play a key role in supporting the company's long-term growth strategy and advancing value creation efforts across the enterprise.

Schantz brings more than 30 years of senior financial leadership experience across complex, multi-location organizations. Throughout his career, he has led finance teams through acquisitions, system overhauls, and rapid scaling with expertise spanning financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise systems, and operational performance. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of WASH, where he led the enterprise-wide finance and accounting operations for the private equity-backed laundry systems provider.

Schantz earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Virginia Tech and an MBA in finance from the College of William & Mary. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
