ONEnergy Inc. Announces Resignation of CEO

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/16 -- ONEnergy Inc. ("ONEnergy" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: OEG), today announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Mark Lewis. Mr. Lewis has served in this position since 2013. ONEnergy's Chairman of the Board, Stephen Letwin, will serve as interim CEO while the Board of Directors identifies ONEnergy's next CEO. The change is effective immediately.
