OMNOVA Solutions Announces Price Increase

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- OMNOVA Solutions (NYSE: OMN) today announced global price increases of up to 5% for nitrile elastomers and up to 10% for styrene-acrylic polymers, styrene-butadiene latex products and acrylic polymers. The increases are effective February 1, 2017, or as contracts allow.  This pricing action is necessitated by recent increases in the cost of manufacturing these products.
