Directorate Changes

NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, today announces the following changes to its Board of Directors:

Roger Durn, Non-Executive Chairman, has today informed the Company that he will be stepping down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director. Roger has been Chairman and Non-Executive Director since 2004 and was also Chairman of the Nomination committee in addition to being a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees.

The Board would like to thank Roger for all his hard work and commitment over the years.

Graham Higgins, Non-Executive Director since 2006, will become Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.

The above Directorate changes are effective immediately.
