NNIT A/S: 21/2015 Major shareholder announcement

NNIT A/S ("NNIT"), a leading provider of IT services and consultancy announces that on December 14, 2015 it has received the following notification pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act regarding FMR LLC, 245 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02210, United States' holding of shares in NNIT.

On December 14, 2015 FMR LLC has notified NNIT of its indirect aggregate holding of 1,578,935 shares in NNIT of a nominal value of DKK 10 each, corresponding to 6.31% of the share capital and voting rights in NNIT, which FMR LLC holds through certain affiliates (including FMR CO., INC with a direct holding of 5.30% of the total share capital and voting rights in NNIT).
