Mobility Trust Appoints Three Independent Directors

RICHMOND, Va., July 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobility Trust has appointed three independent directors to its Board of Directors: Randy Wyrofsky, CPA; Alexander C. Cartwright, Ph.D.; and Craig Albert, J.D., CFA.

Their appointments come at a pivotal moment for Mobility Trust, the first national lender to people with disabilities. Together, these directors will help guide the organization's strategic growth and governance.

Randy Wyrofsky is Mobility Trust's Audit Committee Chair and Lead Director. He brings four decades of distinguished financial leadership spanning corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight. During a 15-year tenure at The Jean Coutu Group USA, Randy scaled a retail store to the fourth-largest drugstore retailer in the U.S., overseeing $9.5 billion in operations as Executive VP and CFO. He led high-profile acquisitions and post-merger integrations. Randy served as Chair of the Board at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. He held CFO roles at Independence Bank and Shoreham Bank, and Lead Director at Domestic Bank.

Dr. Alexander Cartwright brings economic academia, entrepreneurial vision, and a commitment to impact-aligned investment experience. He is a tenured Associate Professor of Economics at Ferris State University, where he previously chaired the Management Department in the College of Business. His academic work is published in respected journals, including The Cambridge Journal of Economics, and he is affiliated with multiple global think tanks.
Dr. Cartwright is the Founder and Principal of HotelSHIFT and serves as Chief Economist at GreatX where he focuses on tokenized real estate investment structures. His investment experience spans multifamily housing, hotels, and mobile home parks through multiple ventures with The Patel Family Office.

Craig Albert brings legal, financial, and operational expertise to Mobility Trust. He has a J.D. from NYU School of Law, where he was recognized for excellence in legal ethics. He became Partner at a $1.3 billion hedge fund, Ospraie Management, and co-led Sheffield Asset Management. He was President of food and beverage leaders, Greencore USA and Golding Farms Foods.
