Mistplay Appoints Colin Roussil as Chief Financial Officer

Ad tech and gaming finance veteran joins to lead Mistplay's finance organization through its next phase of growth

MONTREAL, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mistplay, an industry pioneer providing rewarded advertising and monetization solutions to the mobile ecosystem worldwide, today announced the appointment of Colin Roussil as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1. Roussil brings a decade of experience across gaming and ad tech, most recently at Liftoff Mobile, where he helped lead the company through its investment by General Atlantic in May of 2025 at a $4.3 billion valuation and led the prep for this summer's public listing at a $5.4 billion valuation. He will oversee Mistplay's finance function as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Roussil joins Mistplay from Liftoff, where he spent more than four years leading strategic finance, navigating the scaling of the company and the rapidly evolving ad tech industry. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance, he managed company-wide financial and operational initiatives including strategy, M&A, competitive intelligence and capital markets as the company grew and evolved.

Prior to Liftoff, Roussil spent six years at Activision Blizzard in senior finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate FP&A, where he led the company's corporate finance group through significant expansion, and earlier as Senior Director of Investor Relations shaping company positioning for investors. He also brings strategy consulting from Bain & Company and investment banking experience from earlier in his career.
