Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Sells FSC Franchise Co., LLC

LOS ANGELES, June 29, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced today that is has completed the sale of FSC Franchise Co., LLC (“FSC” or the “Company”).

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, FSC is an industry leading franchisor of restaurants and bars in the United States.  FSC’s portfolio includes Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, a family sports restaurant offering high quality food in a comfortable and friendly environment, and The Brass Tap, a specialty craft beer-focused bar featuring over 300 varieties of beers.
