Learning Tree Appoints New CFO Igor Lima

HERNDON, Va., Sept. 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Learning Tree International announced today that Igor Lima has joined Learning Tree as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2021, replacing the company's current CFO, David Asai, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity throughout September. 

Mr. Lima comes to Learning Tree with significant financial leadership experience in the public and private sector, supporting growth businesses in the software and high-tech industries. Most recently, before joining Learning Tree, he served as CFO of Mailgun Technologies, Credible Behavioral Health Software, and Amify. He played a key role in facilitating the sale of Mailgun Technologies to Thoma Bravo and Credible Behavioral Health Software to Qualifacts, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company.

Mr. Lima is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and an International Business Certificate. He also holds a General Management Certificate from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
