(NASDAQ: LCNB) The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp., at their meeting on Monday, August 22, declared a Third Quarter Dividend of $.16 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record September 1, 2016.
