(NASDAQ: LCNB) The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. at their meeting on Monday, August 19, 2019, declared a Third Quarter Dividend of $.17 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 16, 2019, to all outstanding shareholders of record September 3, 2019.
