Iteris Launches ClearAg Mobile App Beta Program

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Iteris, Inc. (NYSE MKT: ITI), a leader in providing information solutions to the transportation and agriculture markets, has launched its ClearAg™ mobile application beta program.

The ClearAg Mobile solution is a precision farming application geared to provide crop protection companies, crop retail organizations, agronomic consultants, advisors and growers, with real-time access to field-specific crop growth metrics, precision weather and global soil condition information.

The ClearAg mobile application is built upon Iteris’ high-resolution soil and weather crop growth application program interfaces (APIs). ClearAg provides precision weather, global soil and crop growth modeling capabilities, as well as the means to provide custom crop growth, nutrient and pest or disease modeling services.

This new product follows the recent launch of the ClearAg Crop Protection API beta program and previous product launches of ClearAg Select field-level weather APIs and ClearAg Prime soil condition information. Combined, the ClearAg Mobile and ClearAg API solutions provide users with the right information for the right field at the right time, allowing access to the best information available to make the right decisions.
